My new smarthone : hTc One V

I’ve always been a gadget freak and my desire to get an android os powered phone was increasing day by day. Most of my friends already had an android phone, so now it was my turn and I chose to buy the brand new release in market, hTc One V. So, here I present my review after one week of use of HTC Sense UI 4.0 with Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0 powered OS and a 1GHz processor (which btw is faster than the processor of my first computing device I ever had). First, If we talk about looks of the phone it has got pretty nice build, you would love to hold it in your hands. You can read about technical specifications here.

I will only talk about the Pros and Cons of having this phone.
Pros

  1. Sleek Looks.
  2. HTC Sense & ICS
  3. Gorilla Glass

Cons

  1. Bluetooth 4.0 might start giving problems with old devices while connecting.
  2. Battery cannot be removed.
  3. No front Camera.

Various features which I am missing from my old phone Nokia 5233 is that my old phone had a feature in which phone announces name of caller while anyone calls in, and the other feature I am missing is a good call recorder for android.

  1. I had this phone for about like 15 months. Its a decent budget phone. Despite the fact that its a budget phone its not made of dainty plastic and has a premium form. Decent robust weight to it. Im not certain why these gentlemen are shouting about.. I as of late exchanged to a Samsung Exhibit which is all plastic and doesnt have that minimized robustness that the HTC has. The screen is likewise better on the HTC. I have dropped this phone a few times and knock it a few times, mulled over it, ventures on it and the phone still meets expectations. I additionally scorn humongous goofy phones and consider anything that has a screen greater than 4.5 or somewhere in the vicinity stupid. This phone was the ideal size for me. Presently this been a budget phone discharged very nearly 18 mos back it will presumably be bordering on been out of date in around a year. I used $50 when Virgin was running the promo for this phone. At that cost it has more than filled its need. You cant expect a phone advertised as a budget phone to run up against phones costing 5 times as much.
